The Neighborhood
We are located between Grandview and Beacons Beach so there isn't the busyness of the beach-goers coming and going which makes this section of Neptune nice and quiet with easy parking. Walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and bars.
Amenities
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. Two cruiser bikes, beach chairs, Boogie Boards, foam surfboard and towels are ready for you to enjoy at the beach. Relax in your own private courtyard with peek ocean views, and the sound of breaking waves.
House Rules
Please be respectful of neighbors and bring courtyard conversations inside by 10pm Please rinse sandy feet before entering home and shake off sandy towels before washing. We are pet-friendly but you MUST get pre-approval for your pet in advance of your stay.

This was our fourth or fifth stay there. We had friends that owned a house down the street that we visited for over 20 years. They sold the home and we found Heather's place! Lucky for us! It feels like home! It's cozy, comfy and clean. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We will come back here as long as Heather is in business!!

Heather's place is fabulous. It is an easy walk to either beach access, on a quiet street facing away from I5 traffic noise. It was spotless , well maintained and felt just like a home, with all the small details one might want, from sticky notes in the desk drawer, lots of spare linens and blankets, to a fully stocked kitchen. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I really hope that we can come again next year for our Leucadia vacation.

Our vacation was everything we’d hoped for, calm, peaceful, easy access to beaches, and an excellent home. The fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor space and bikes made it extra enjoyable for a family getaway. We had enough space to spread out but close enough to reconnect. Highly recommend- we’ll be back!
