This charming, contemporary cottage is nestled in the heart of Encinitas, one of the top surf towns in the world. This brand new remodel is across the street from the ocean and just blocks to Beacons & Grandview Beach beach access.
We are located between Grandview and Beacons Beach so there isn't the busyness of the beach-goers coming and going which makes this section of Neptune nice and quiet with easy parking.
Two cruiser bikes, beach chairs, Boogie Boards, foam surfboard and towels are ready for you to enjoy at the beach. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and bars. Relax in your own private courtyard with peek ocean views, and the sound of breaking waves. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals out on your private patio.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. There are queen beds in each bedroom. PLEASE GET PREAPPROVAL ON YOUR DOG. PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT YOUR DOG WHEN REQUESTING TO BOOK!!
Neighborhood Highlights
Leucadia is a true gem! There are so many amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beaches are quiet, clean and beautiful. On the right tide you can walk for miles. Getting around- Walking or riding down Neptune Ave. is a treat. So many cool houses and great people to greet. The beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away. There is a bus stop just around the corner that will take you to the train station (about 2 miles away) From there you can get to downtown SD or go north to LA..
